Wexler - Barlow House

One of the seven famous “Steel Framed Homes” designed and built by Donald Wexler in North Palm Springs in 1962.

This special zig-zag roof line structure was carefully restored back to it’s original intent. The interior is strategically minimal with polished concrete floors featuring white furnishings by the likes of Florence Knoll and Philippe Starck.

In 2008 the iconic architectural photographer Julius Shulman paid us a visit inquiring to add the Barlow house to his final modernist photography exhibition. Documentation of his amazing photo shoot of the Barlow house can be seen in W&R’s book “High Style”.
