11th Street, Santa Monica
The ocean inspired color palate for this 1920’s cottage purposely focusing on one side of the color spectrum.
Green’s and blues with pops of yellow. The renovated and expanded home was carefully curated with high design pieces such as a Mark Newson coffee table, TH RobJohn Gibbings dining table with Parisi chairs beneath a French Art Moderne chandelier. The expanded kitchen features Ann Sacks tile, antique deco light fixtures salvaged from an old school house and a custom breakfast table by Ige with Frances Elkins chairs. The custom Avant guarde artwork and photography adds to the intrigue and beauty of this creative beach residence.
